University Hospitals offers eligible employees two comprehensive medical plans. Both plans pay benefits based on the provider or facility you select. Both plans also cover preventive care at 100 percent in-network and have an unlimited lifetime maximum benefit.

UH provides a Pension Plan, designed to provide a foundation of retirement income for all eligible employees. UH pays the full cost of the pension benefit, which is designed to work with your 403(b)/401(k) savings and Social Security.
